Week 4 started with a crazy game on Thursday night, and ended with crazy games on both Sunday and Monday Night. Let’s recap those three primetime games first:

On Thursday night, after a couple missed field goals from Pittsburgh, Baltimore was able to pick up a 23-20 win on the road at Pittsburgh. The win for the Ravens was their first of the season. The Sunday Night game also featured a missed field goal in a huge spot. The Saints had a chance to win the game at the end of regulation, but missed the kick. Then, the Saints scored on the first drive of the game, as C.J. Spiller broke free. Finally, the Monday Night Football game saw Calvin Johnson fumble the football in the endzone, which ended the final drive of the game. The Seattle Seahawks did not play well, but came away with a 13-10 win over the Detroit Lions.

The first game of the day on Sunday was in London. It was the final game that Joe Philbin was the head coach of the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins looked horrible, and fell 27-14 to the New York Jets. Chris Ivory had a great game for the Jets offense, with 166 rushing yards and a touchdown. The Jets divisional foe; Buffalo Bills did not have the same type of luck. The Bills struggled to put points on the board at home to the New York Giants. Tyrod Taylor ended up wit 240 passing yards and a touchdown, but it was not enough in the loss.

Out of the AFC South, the Indianapolis Colts did not look pretty, but they came away with a home win in overtime over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Matthew Hasslebeck, at the age of 40, became the oldest Colts quarterback to win a game. The Carolina Panthers continued their red hot play. The Panthers are now 4-0, after blasting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Carolina scored 37 points in the win. The Washington Redskins moved to 2-2, and pushed the Philadelphia Eagles down to 1-3 with a 23-20 win.

The Chicago Bears won their first game of 2015; 22-20 over the Oakland Raiders. The win came a week after the Bears did not score against Seattle. The Atlanta Falcons remained one of the hottest teams in all of the NFL; as they scored 48 points in a blow-out win over the Houston Texans. Another red-hot team; the Cincinnati Bengals downed the Houston Texans 36-21.

In the late games on Sunday, the St. Louis Rams stunned the Arizona Cardinals, to give them their first loss of the season. The San Diego Chargers held on to edge the Cleveland Browns, and the Denver Broncos barely downed the Minnesota Vikings. The final team to win before the Sunday Night game was the Green Bay Packers, as they smoked the San Francisco 49ers 17-3.
